We are the organisation legally responsible for deciding how and why your personal data is used.

We only collect the information we need to run Wonder and communicate with our community. This includes:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Confirmation of whether you are over 18

We outsource all payment processing to ticketing platforms and POS providers.

We collect your data when you:

• Sign up to our mailing list or newsletter
• Buy tickets to a Wonder event through our website (via Ticket Tailor)
• Contact us directly by email

We use your personal data to:

• Send you emails about Wonder events, activities and news
• Manage our mailing list
• Respond to enquiries
• Understand who is engaging with Wonder

When you sign up to our mailing list or provide your email, you are giving us permission to contact you about Wonder. You can withdraw this consent at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in our emails or by contacting us.

Where you buy a ticket or contact us, we may need to use your data to run the event, reply to you, or manage our records.

We sell tickets via Ticket Tailor. Payments are processed by Stripe.

We do not see or store your card details. Ticket Tailor and Stripe act as separate data controllers for payment data and have their own privacy policies.

We only share your data with trusted service providers who help us run Wonder:

• Wix – our website hosting platform
• Ticket Tailor – our ticketing system
• Stripe – payment processing (via Ticket Tailor)

These companies are required to keep your data secure and only use it for the services they provide to us.

We do not share your data with anyone else unless we are legally required to do so.

Your data is stored within Wix, Ticket Tailor, GDrive and our email systems. These providers use secure servers and appropriate safeguards to protect your information.

We do not knowingly transfer your data outside the UK.

We keep mailing list data for up to five years. After this, we will contact you to ask whether you would like to continue hearing from us. If you do not respond, we will remove you from our list.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

You have the right to:
